Back to the camembert :-) I got the SAM from www.cheesemaking.com, as that was the only kind they had. I ordered some ABL and am now in the middle of a make with that -- the rind looks completely different! I'm excited to see how it turns out.

I was wondering why is everyone getting this SAM3 rind. It's Riki at Cheesemaking  ...again!  Why on earth would she sell that??? That's specifically made for Camembert makers that are experiencing contamination issue or are in great risk of post-production contamination.  PC-VB and PC-ABL are great and traditional.

dmitrig01 - Did you pay more than $5.79 for a 2-dose or 10.99 for a 10-dose for that?
