Welcome to the forum Zach!

So many members here are from Maine.  The easiest state of the union to get certified for commercial cheesemaking  I believe :P

Any photos?

Hi Zach,
I am in Maine Spring and Fall and Mexico the rest of the year milking our 38 goats and making cheese.  I went last year for Artisan Cheesemaking at UVM's VIAC program (VT Institute Artisan Cheese) certification and just returned this year for advanced, I highly recommend it, especially just beginning.  I had lots of cheesetastrophes before this education.
Btw where are you in Maine?  I'm in Eliot.
