We live on the border of two states, one state is a little less strict with safe foods regulations.

I don't know whether the organic milk factory will share the pasterising temperature with me as it always shocks people when I tell them the temperatures commercial factories pasteurise the milk compared to smaller artisan factories. We always pasteurised our milk at 65C for 30 mins compared to 72C for 15 seconds of the commercial factories.

Organic dairies have a tough time controlling worms in our region as we are sub tropical with high humidity.
