My many thanks to all who have encouraged me in this crazy (for me) enterprise, and most esp to DeeJay Debi and Mrs K for sharing their very similar time-tested recipes for Mozzarella!!!!
You all would really understand if you'd seen me a couple of years ago, practically hysyerical 8 hours after starting 30-minute mozz.... several times :shock:
I really wanted to be able make this because it was one ofthe cheeses my husband most esp wanted me to be able to make. It wasn't perfect--it ran into dinner and I turned off the rice instead of the milk
--but it melted, it was shiny, and it was darn close
Ahhhh, life is good!
