It seems to me....

 That artisan cheese makers here in the UK are a rare breed. I have done an internet search I'm my neck of the woods (Colchester) and have come up with a big zero. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong places. Or maybe I have answered my own question looking at the size of the UK thread ???

A lot of folks from the UK just post in this forum. I can't vouch for how many restrict their postings to the UK forum.

Hi Boofer

Sorry for the delay in my reply. Ihave been having all sorts of problems wiyh my computer since I switched to Chrome. Did A roll back and its back to normal now.

Its just as well we have you folk accross the pond to help us out.  :D
