Heavy cream

Berry season is in full swing here. Had a bucket of saskatoons begging for cream and sugar so... I took 5 gallons of milk from the evening milking and ran it thru the seporator (got a gallon of cream) and then ran that thru the seporator again. The result once chilled was a quart and a half of heavy cream that wouldn't pour out of the jar!

One of the best things EVER on berries.

Amazing. It’s breakfast time over here and you are making my bowl of cereal feel very insecure

That is so awesome RBF that here's AC4U (A Cream for you).
Somewhere, some long time ago, milk decided to reach toward immortality… and to call itself cheese.

Envious...

Both of the berry bushes (I can't get them to grow no matter what I do!) and the heavy cream...
