Now making ricotta yumyum

I'm currently making some ricotta.

I made a fresh bread loaf earlier and I am going to use the ricotta as a topping on the bread! :)

I'll post pics in a bit .. stay tuned!

Love ricotta with pasta and some sun-dried tomato!!! (Oh yes ricotta on bread and english muffin is pretty good too)
