Hello!
« on: January 07, 2013, 11:52:26 PM »
Hello, all! I'm just venturing into the world of cheese making. I love to cook and, whenever possible, make as much from scratch as possible. Even if I don't always make every ingredient I like to know how it's made. I feel like it gives me a better appreciation for the product.
I've just made my first batch and have a few questions that I'll post in a bit. Thanks in advice and I look forward to getting to know everyone!
