Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and finding it so helpful. I've been making fresh, brined and pressed cheeses for years but only recently started making bloomy rind, blues and washed rind cheeses in a converted wine fridge. Having some mold migration issues between cheeses, but nothing horribly wrong or un-fixable. So far anyway!
Enjoying everyone's posts and hope to contribute to the community.

Welcome to the forum, Melissa!  There is a lot of info, and experienced people here on the forum.... and a lot of noobs, such as myself.  :)
