... when a Saturday morning's cup of coffee leads to the decision that it's less effort to start a batch of cams (#19!) than to do any of the other cooking or chores.

haha  Awesome!  I am leaning towards a monterey jack next week...we will see. There is also a tug at making a real stiltonesque   :D
