How about the oven? Will it fit in your oven? Tha may work if you don't have a pilot flame. If you do have a pilot flame you may have to crack the door.

Another place I use quite often in on top of the fridgerator near the back were it's warm. My house stays about 65F most of the time. I do bread doughs in a four sided box on top of the fridge.

I made a proof box out of a styrofoam ice chest and a 25 watt bulb with a rheostat to control it. You use a thermometer to check the temperature you want the box to stay at and mark the setting on the rheostat. It works great for sourdough so it should work for fromage blanc or other processes that require a long waiting period at a constant temperature.
