Greetings from the Great State of Minnesota
« on: December 29, 2012, 10:13:07 PM »
Hello all,

I'm Steve and I started making cheese a few months ago and its been an awesome ride so far, I've had a few successes and a few that were not so successful but I learn more with each make.

I just want to say thanks to all who have contributed to the forum, there is a mountain of good information here that I find very useful and without it I don't believe my cheesemaking experience would be as pleasant as it is.

Welcome, Steve!

I grew up in south central Minnesota and now live in west central Wisconsin, so we're kinda neighbors!  Welcome to the wonderful world of cheesemaking!  Be warned - it is addictive.
