Where can I find Alpkaserei's treatise on alpine rinds?
« on: December 26, 2012, 11:43:43 PM »
I have looked everywhere and failed to find it.  I have a question and want to post a photo with it but can't find the thread.  Can anyone provide a link please?  I've looked on all the likely boards and somehow missed it.

Thanks!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! (heaving a sigh of relief)  I posted my question.....hope someone has ideas for this.  Do you know when or if this style of rind needs to dry out?  I posted photos......
