Hello from New Mexico

Hello, I am Fabiola from Albuquerque NM and new to cheesemaking, I also have other hobbies like sausage-making, winemaking and raising chickens, I am looking forward to start making cheese and learn lots of things from this wonderful forum.

Welcome, Fabiola!  I knew a lovely woman by that name in western Massachusetts.  Did you used to live out this way?  There quite a few folks here who do sausage and wine also so you'll fit in well on the forum.   :)
