Photo 009 Fridge - Long term ripening at 7degC.
Waxed herbs and spices smoked cheddar on top.
Clothbound and lard Blue Vein underneath.
Bucket of whey which dogs love.
Photo 010 Blue Vein ripening in Gladbake and aluminium foil
Camembert in white Camembert paper.
