Why does cheese stick to the bag in the refrigerator?

Sometimes shredded cheese will stick to the sides of a bag. We usually don't have the cheese outside of the refrigirator for long. O0

It's probably condensation. When it gets refrozen it sticks to the bag and the other shreds.
