Ok here is the rest of my order.
Two new moulds, one for provolone and one for semi hard cheese, and a large piece of draining mat. Can't wait to try them out.

Hmmm. The draining mats look alot like the mats that go in my food dehydrator. You just gave me an idea here.

Looks good. I just got my new mesh in and i'll post pics over in the thread I started, at least I think I started, actually I'm not sure where it is, if not I'll post it here.

Make sure you post a pic of what comes out of the provolone mold.
