Here are a couple of pictures of my daughter in law, son, wife and I making pepperettes. Had a great family day weekend and of course some of my blueberry wine.

Hello Tomer, The closest would be slim jims in the USA they are a cured smoked meat. To answer your question no the meat is not pre cooked.
