Hi , i am currently seeking some economical cheese wrap..mainly using for white mold cheese and washed rind cheese....i so far used the 2 ply white mold /washed rind from new england cheesemaking but i just came across this one
http://www.formaticum.com/ does anyone know this and is this suitable to complete the aging for white mold cheese? or is this just suitable to wrap as you sell the sliced cheese? If anyone knows this paper i would be keen to know .
