I was just reading on the blog at
www.cheesemaking.com
and I came upon this,
http://cheesemakinghelp.blogspot.com/2010/11/boggy-meadow-farm-in-walpole-new.html
It says that they make one big batch and split it up into three different types of cheese depending on they age it. Does anyone know how to do this?
