Well I am most fluent in cheese curds a local style cheese here in Canada for Poutine!
Mmmmmm.... I make them very well to taste, but my skills aren't anywhere near what I want them to be.
I want to learn a great cheddar, brie and one day graduate to a Parmesan.
It's my dream to make cheese and sell it at a farmers market!
