Hi all,

I'm a cheese lover and have worked as a professional cheesemaker for over 10 years. I look forward to helping out and having some interesting discussions.

My experience is mainly in goat cheese

Welcome--let me say "thank you!" for being willing to help those of us who don't know what we're doing. :)

I'd be interested in hearing more about your experience.  You say your experience is mostly with goat cheese.  What cheeses?  How did you get into the profession?  What's your favorite cheese to eat/make? ...
