Hi All,
Am shopping for a stainless Trier, can anyone direct me to reasonable prices for this item? Here in Ontario, a source sells theirs for $80, handle is 2" long and knife is 5.5" long.

I have my Stilton almost reading to take a sample among other cheese varieties. This time,  i would prefer not to cut out a chunk to see how it is doing.

Alternatively, would there be any other way to check for "doneness"....maybe using another tool, or making  something?

Sincerely,
Doris

Believe me I looked.  I really didn't want to pay that much but the trier I received is very high quality.
