My swiss is now two weeks old and nothing seems to be happening , yours looks good.
Mine seems to be very dry , so I oiled it and it is in a large ziplock bag.
I just made another today , I put a little more shermani in it , thinking that maybe it is not up to par , I used 1/4 teaspoon instead of 1/8th.
I hope it does not explode.
