I apologise for this post - but I'm declaring my search incompetence!
There are some stunning European cheese moulds - and my sympathies for all the folks here based in the US as you need to import these
However...
Would anyone be prepared to share any sources of moulds in Europe that I could source directly? (hobbyist numbers, not large)
It seems a bit daft for someone in the US to import from Europe, then for me to order from the US (with customs challenges) to reimport to Europe
However, my searching ability is pretty poor
I'm particularly interested in a manchego style form (patterning) or one of the italian ones
I have small beakers and a couple pyramids - I'd like to do the slightly larger firmer cheeses (still only at 3L milk though!)
