Hi CurdIsTheWord and welcome to the forum. Great to see you trying some different cheeses. BTW I am one of the Aussie on here, but I live in the northern tropics.
I use Milton baby steriliser. I just fill up a sink with water, put in the Milton, then dump in everything that I will be using to make cheese, ie: moulds, knives, cups, cheesecloths, etc and leave there until I need them.
