Oregon is one of those states that I actually want to visit, but haven't yet. I have gotten as close as Eureka CA to the south and Mt St Helens to the north.
But not Oregon itself. I love the northwest.
Since that post, I spent 6 weeks in the Willamette Valley. Specifically Dundee, Newberg, and Carlton.
The Pinot Noir there was ridiculously good. (and plentiful) What kills me, is how much of the local micr-vinted wine never leaves the valley.
This is probably the dumbest video I've ever posted to youtube, but its just a drive north out of Newberg, up to the top of Rex Hill, and around.
