Somebody unplugged the Cheese Cave
« on: May 04, 2013, 04:19:24 PM »
This is what happens when somebody unplugs the cheese cave and it gets up to 66 degrees. I think it was only for 24 hours, and when I plugged it back in I didn't see any problems. I found this 4 days later. I scrubbed it with a nail brush and my wash solution and you can see that it still has a nice white schmear left to it.

Well that someone should never get to eat another piece of your cheese! :)  I am sure it will still be delicious, but they must pay for their crime!!

Blessed are the cheesemakers!

Cursed are the cheese cave unpluggers!

Hanging with the electric cord of the cave is a suitable punishment. LOL
