I work in a specialty department in a grocery store, with many types of cheeses, looking to learn more

All types, french, spanish, goat, italian, blue, english.  Looking to learn what people think about the cheeses, favorites, I'm pretty new to this, but learning quickly

There are two threads, "Limburger anyone"   and  "Have you tried the Limburger yet".

Nietzsche welcome to the forum.

Some members here who like to talkm about different specialty cheeses, but most members are into making cheese.

Welcome and please by all means recommend the Limburger to everyone! :)  You can read my very detailed review here if you'd like but I would just recommend it to everyone that wants to try something special!  ;D
