I went online to a site that sells artisan cheese and they use gel packs and ship UPS overnight.
The cost was somewhere around $10.00 to ship.  Wondering what the gel packs cost.  I know that a brew supply shop where I used to live would sell these small ice packs with their liquid yeast's they mailed.

I think Carter melts it all down and pumps it into supertankers.

I have shipped some cheeses{ marinated feta  i vacuum seal the container}
I just wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed it then hit the  post office at closing and overnighted it.From NY to California and had no problems
