Any Scottish Jobs available?

I am a student in Scotland that desperately needs a job to fund life and more importantly cheese making, and none of the usual jobs in local stores etc. really interest me. So is there anyone in the Ayrshire (or there abouts) area looking for an assistant in cheese making?
