Hi from Nabob, WI

Have been interested in cheese for many years, but just starting out with making some at home.  So far have made about 5 cheeses with mixed success.  Many questions, but time to do some searching, first!

Hi tnt!  There are a lot of good souls here (not me as I still have my training wheels on) that will be glad to help you.  Look over the posts to get a feel and please add your cheese making experiences.

Welcome, from a fellow Wisconsonite, though I live on the opposite side of the state.  Do some reading, then come back with your questions.

What kinds of cheeses have you made and what did you think of the outcomes?
