Yes there has been talk of a horseradish cheese, but I can't remember if it was a cheddar or not, so I am not sure where it is.  Do a search using horseradish, and see what comes up.

Hello goat lady and welcome fellow cheese maker to the forum!

There is a New York State Board in the Geographic > USA Boards in case you or anyone has any local type posts.

Congrats on the cheeses, I don't think anyone here has yet made a horseradish flavoured cheese, but there was a recent discussion on it here.

I have to admit the Nubians are my favorites and by far the best milk.  How big is your herd?

13 milkers, thats a recipe for carpal tunnel syndrome if you're hand milking.  We know a guy who is hand milking 25 Saanens and is starting to have wrist problems (time to invest in a vacuum).

Good to see some more goat owners here.  I'm trying to get started with some goats this year.
