I did quite a bit of work coming up with a reasonable cheese vat solution and I put together the one documented here:http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,7495.0/topicseen.html
I now have a larger scale unit and no longer need this small vat. It works great and all of the details are outlined in the forum so you'll know exactly what to expect from it. I put a lot of time into figuring this out so even though it's a bit more than I paid for parts, I'd like to get $200 for it plus actual shipping cost. It also comes with the hotel pan and lid.
