Brie De Melun recipe
« on: March 18, 2014, 03:02:04 PM »
Does anyone have a Brie De Melun (type) recipe?  I have a number of books, but they don't have it.

Thanks,

Andreark

Thanks Matthew.  Good information.

I got a reply from Paul saying that Pav might be the one to ask....So, Pav, could you help, pretty please!
And if you do, could you tell me what makes this cheese so pungent???
