FOR SALE. c1890 antique cast iron ornate double cheese press, FOR SALE, very rare cheese press, made by albert day, from the village of mark, in somerset England, albert day and the day family owned an iron factory, which operated from about 1869 to 1950, in mark, a village on the edge of the somerset levels, they made agricultural implements, including apple and cheese presses, as well as putts, carts, wagons and wrought iron gates, the foundry also did casting work for the family firm of wagon makers, WENSLEY'S OF MARK, I have searched the web high and low, and can only find one other cheese press the same as this one, and it is in a cheese museum in Australia, the cheese press in the museum has been restored to its former glory, and looks stunning, if you would like to see photo's of the one in the museum, then please do a google search for RARE ORNATE DOUBLE CHEESE PRESS, and the click on the link that says FROM FARM TO FACTORY,  and scroll down to see the photo's, the price of my cheese press is £1250 o.n.o , worldwide shipping can be arranged
