Thanks Graysalchemy.  I've had good luck with this make, and it seems robust to my experimentations over the 4 makes.  One bagged early, which was quite bland but eventually developed some nice flavour, one natural rind, which was drying and very good, and two now where I've washed back with strong brine and it devolpes a b.linens rind.  Those have both been good too.
