As I've mentioned to other people, you can start being envious when I produce really good cheeses. For now, I'm really good at making big mediocre cheeses. At least I enjoy it and I'm learning all the time, so sooner or later, they'll be great. You are welcome to copy what I've done. It's very easy, though a little costly (from my perspective).
