I'm glad that I may have offered some alternative perspective for your cheesemaking efforts.

However, reports alluding to me being a "Cheese Demigod" or some such are the past efforts of several ladies trying to butter me up. ;)

I'm just sharing whatever tips & tidbits happen to be floating by me.
