I just signed up and wanted to say hello! I'm from Western Pennsylvania and have just began cheese making at home. I thought this would be a good resource for knowledge. I look forward to participating. Thanks!

I'm not sure where the cheese came from. After a couple hours of reading many threads some mention giving others a cheese. I don't know
