Hello Cheese Enthusiast. Here to find new friends to share any cheese subject. I just started learning about cheeses a couple of months ago when they call me to work in a cheese kiosk at a supermarket here in Alaska. I find out that I like it so much that I completely change career and decided to continue the cheese trail. I want to learn as possible and this is a good way to do it.
