I am currently the resident farmstead cheesemaker at Calico Dairy in Conroe Texas. I make a variety or raw and vat pasteurized cheese using the dairy milk on premise during weekends and holidays. This is becoming very popular with our customers. We (I and the owners) want to expand, but I need a dedicated person to help out! It doesn't matter to me if you know little about cheese making, I can easily teach a motivated individual that wants to learn.
