Slip Skin again.
Left them for the weekend and they were fine, today they are disfigured lumps of puss (well runny cheese).
I have cut one open and there are great big area's of oozing cheese. The other isn't much better.
I fear that because i left them in plastic boxes the humidity was too great over the weekend, and perhaps the temp was to high at 12.5C.
However the Caerphilly has turned blue in places so I have scraped it and washed it in brine.
Combined with the Mozzarella fail as well I am not having much joy in this cheese making Malarky. At least when I brew beer I get something pretty decent.
