I discovered this fantastic forum 2 month ago and I have to say is the best forum I have seen, here in Spain there is another forum to do wine, although is a very good forum, not is comparable with this of cheese.
Thank you very much to all for sharing all yours knowledge and experiences,
From now I will share all my knowledge(little) here too and I will to ask some(many..many.....
) questions, I'm a cheese making novice...
Up to now, I have maked some cheese, with cow & goat milk, Tomee, Camembert, Beaufort, ST Marcelin & Valençay or something similir...jeje
