Hola from Spain/Madrid

Hi all,

I discovered this fantastic forum 2 month ago and I have to say is the best forum I have seen, here in Spain there is another forum to do wine, although is a very good forum, not is comparable with this of cheese.

Thank you very much to all for sharing all yours knowledge and experiences,

From now I will share all my knowledge(little) here too and I will to ask some(many..many..... :-[ :-[) questions, I'm a cheese making novice...  ;) ;)

Up to now, I have maked some cheese, with cow & goat milk, Tomee, Camembert, Beaufort, ST Marcelin & Valençay or something similir...jeje

Geo: the photo of my avatar is a St Marcelin, my first, and have charcoal, in the image the cheese has 4 days, now is completelly white(Geo&Peni candidum)...

My daughter is about to move to Madrid.  She first started living in Spain when she was 16 and now prefers it to the US.  Unfortunately she doesn't make OR even eat cheese!   ???  Glad you're here and look forward to cheese photos and stories from you.
