this is my first beaufort(or something similar....
) and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not, you can see the photos and give me your feedback??
Two firsts - today. And the last with 4 days.....
I have done the recipe of "Marinero Con Queso", thanks Marinero for your great recipe and instructions, I started to do the cheese last 05 abril and I have doing the following:
- 80% humedity always, maybe sometimes up to 85%
- Now is in the cave at 14-17ºC(57-62ºF), in my storage room of my flat, it have been 5 days there, before it was at 8ºC(47ºF) another 2 days...
what do you think about my cheese??
