Man, that's pretty. AC4U. Your rinds always look so epic- they're a lot of what encouraged me to try hard cheeses again. Gnarly looking but oh so tasty inside.

Thanks all!  I've been really busy these past few months, with no cheeses being made lately :( but I'm hoping to get something put together this weekend.
