Hello  ^-^
I am called Hidri Mohamed from Tunisia and I am fascinated by the cheese world
I am not a professional but I control very well the techniques of making cheese
I have a French formation and I hope to give more has the community
I am null in English  :-[ I hope not to have a problem of communication

Bienvenue à bord Mohamed! Malheureusement la section francophone du forum n'est pas très active. Je ne me plains pas par contre, voilà une chance pour nous d'apprendre l'art de faire du fromage ainsi que de pratiquer l'anglais tout en un seul coup.

The people here are from diverse backgrounds, cheese has no boundaries after all. For a lot of us, English is a second or third language. So don't worry if your feel your english is limited.

heureux de trouver des membres avec qui je peux communiquer son problème !
-je suis intéresser par tout type de fromage
-je maitrise une dizaine
-je veux apprendre la fabrication du bleu  a partir de lait de vache

Welcome to the board!  I'm afraid my French was never very good, and I've forgotten most of it (although I do recall "Pitou est malade!" and  "Ou est Jacques?"  and "Combine pour une bier?"  Not all of these come up in conversation very often, but some do!).  Anyway, lots of good tips and hints here on the board.  I didn't have any problem understanding your English above.  It's far better than my French, as you can see.
