My name is John, I participate in the forum as the first member as Cheese Head as I'm also the webmaster.

I live in Katy, Houston, Texas, USA.

I like cheese and building this website which has given me a new hobby and passion of cheese making!

I was born in England grew up in Vancouver Canada eh, have lived and worked in several countries, currently Texas USA, (thus the reason I sometimes type in American & sometimes in Canadian such as flavor/flavour, color/colour etc).

I'm married with two teenage daughters, lotsa fun :).
