Hello everybody,

I just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is David Wheeler.  I live in Israel and have an internet site dedicated to the kosher cheese maker.

I also carry cholov yisrael cultures for those that are interested.

Looking forward to meeting all of you and being part of the community

David

Hello and greetings David.  I'm so new to cheese that I am not even familiar with your cheese culture lol.

Welcome David from Washington state.  Look forward to you makes.  Are their restrictions on shipping private parcels to Israel?  I would be very interested in knowing exactly what has to be done to make the various cheeses Kosher.  I am a huge supporter of Israel and very interested in Kosher items and the processes involved in making them.  Loved your article on making PR. ;D
